Holiday Shipping Information
Thank you for purchasing with us! As are all retailers and online stores, we are extremely busy during this holiday season thanks to your amazing support, and we’re working as hard as we can to ensure your order will arrive on time for the gift giving festivities. Please keep in mind, every order requires 2-6 business days of processing time before it leaves our facilities, regardless of shipping method selected at checkout. Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not a guarantee.
To ensure your package arrives on time before December 25th, we’ve included the domestic shipping cut off dates for our available carriers below. Please make sure to order on or before these times to ensure your order will arrive on time!
***Please Note: These cutoff dates only apply to orders with entirely ready-to-ship items. This means if your order contains a preorder item, your order will ship based up on the ship by date outlined in the product description at the time of your purchase. Subsequently, orders with preorder items are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc.. Orders shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control. With that said, we suggest allowing at least 2-3 weeks for delivery from the point of your purchase. Again, these cut-off dates below are ONLY for orders that are being delivered within the USA!
USPS First Class: December 3rd
USPS Priority Mail: December 3rd
UPS Ground: December 10th
Holiday Return Information
During the holidays, if you ordered between November 1st and December 23rd, you may have up to January 15th to initiate a return/exchange as long as the item is in new, resellable condition. This means that clothing is still unwashed and free of any signs or wear, and all other items are still factory sealed as they were delivered to you. If you ordered before or after these dates, your return is subject to our regular 15 days from delivery return/exchange window. Returns or exchanges outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
